Tobi Beale

Tobi is a very passionate artist who has over 23 years experience in the industry. Knowing how important maintaining your education is, she just recently received extensive training at the Redken Exhange in New York City and has visited the Exchange multiple times, along with training in Chicago and other cities around the nation. She was a Redken educator with Maly's for eight years and received the Educator of the Year award in 1994, was a training manager for Redken and has been listed as one of the top 10 hairdressers in Grand Rapids from Grand Rapids Magazine. She specializes in hair color and foil techniques, analyzing facial structure, haircutting, permanent hair relaxing with Alterna Japanese straightening system, Keratin Treatment, permanent waving and facial waxing. She loves this industry and is very proud of how beautiful she can make someone feel.

Sheri Larva

Sheri Larva is co-owner of Tocher, and has 21 years of of eperience. She specializes in texture, cut and dimensional color, and guest consultation. Her clients are like family, and feels very blessed to have such wonderful friends and clients, as well as an incredibly talented team of stylists working at Tocher.

Kelly VanderMolen

Kelly is an experienced and talented stylist who has been in the industry for 10 years. Specializing in customized styles for individual hair types, radiant color and textured cuts; Kelly can make any client look their best. She was educated at Tigi, and worked as an educator for that company, as well as apprenticing under the owner of upscale Grand Rapids salon Belleza. Kelly came to Tocher from Belleza, and loves the salon's family atmosphere and all the wonderful clients she's served at Tocher.

Jamie Kern

Jamie has been in the hair industry for 14 years and is still loving it! Creating fashionable styles and color that fit her clients' personality is her passion, and she excels at it. She was educated at Excel Academy and at Phillip Anthony salon, where she was a personal styling assistant to Sharon Anthony, a national performance artist. After working at Phillip Anthony for 11 years as a stylist and trainer, she made the jump Tocher Salon, which offered more flexibility for her growing family. Jamie puts an emphasis on staying up-to-date with the latest trends, and continues to attend industry trainings, and takes pride in giving her clients the perfect style.

Rachael Holcombe

Rachael says, "Designing and creating new hair fashion makes me feel alive!" She has a very strong passion for this constantly-evolving industry and stays on top of the latest trends through continuing education classes and keeping up with latest styles on the East and West coasts. She prides herself in making you feel and look gorgeous by creating a style that both compliments and enhances your features. She designs your hair around your face shape, look, hair texture and everyday lifestyle to give you the best possible YOU!
